the "CX" Mystery is Solved

Reader Gianluca, who owns a VETTA that has the CX markings, gave me a tip that the framebuilder of the "CX" marked framesets was Antonio Taverna of Padova.

I have been in touch with Sig. Taverna and I asked if he was the framebuilder. He responded with, "Yes, these frames were made in 1982-1984 when the Cinelli framebuilding components were available to framebuilders."

Cinelli had previously verified that these were not Cinelli made frames.
