This Cinelli pista frame recently sold on ebay with this description:

"Vintage Cinelli Bike from my grandpas garage.
I dont know much about bikes but i found some stamps on it.
Stamp on bottom (serial)? 7056
Cinelli stamped on handlebars
MABAC stamped on brake handle
Brevece SGD6 also on brake handle
Compragnola stamped on the seat mount
Magistroni Stamped on the cranks
Unica made in italy on the seat
The rims have stickers, one gentlmen and one Super champion rims, made in France on each.
Sold as is. If you have any questions feel free to ask."

Cinelli Laser 2012 London Olympics Concept

My thanks to Yann Lewandowski for writing in about his 3D project in which he conceptualizes a re-issue of the Cinelli Laser for the 2012 London Olympics. The concept is based upon, "A carbon made frameset inspired by the geometry of the classic one but update to track racing of our days".

Stunning.

Which reminds me that I need to follow-up on the status of Cinelli's plans to re-issue the Laser.
